Shipping & Delivery Policy


We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience from checkout to arrival.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is free for orders delivered within Europe. No minimum purchase is required.
For orders shipped outside of Europe, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email after we ship your order. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours after placing your order, please contact us at support@viphoric.com.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location. Most orders are shipped from warehouses in Sweden, Germany, Italy, or Spain

  • Sweden & EU countries: 3–8 business days
  • Non-EU Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International (outside Europe): 7–14 business days

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the brand, product availability, and destination.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped within the EU, VAT is included in the price at checkout. Orders shipped outside the EU are not charged VAT. However, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be applied on delivery depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information before placing your order. Viphoric is not responsible for any delays or additional costs resulting from customs clearance procedures.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbours or your local postal office
  • Verify your delivery address in the confirmation email
  • Contact us if you still can’t locate the package

For lost or damaged items, email us at customersupport@viphoric.com within 7 days of the delivery date of your package for assistance.
