Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be offered during certain promotions or on orders over a specific value (displayed at checkout, if applicable).


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the courier’s website or via the tracking link in the email.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees based on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Viphoric is not responsible for any delays or costs incurred due to customs clearance.


VAT (Value-Added Tax)

  • For EU customers, VAT is included in the final price shown at checkout.

  • For customers outside the EU, VAT is not included. Local taxes or import VAT may be charged upon delivery depending on your country’s rules.

Please check with your local customs authority for more details on import taxes or VAT requirements before placing your order.


Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbours or your local postal office

  • Verify your delivery address in the confirmation email

  • Contact us if you still can’t locate the package

For lost or damaged items, email us at customersupport@viphoric.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
