Returns & Refunds Policy


We want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something is not right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • We only accept returns shipped via UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Returns via local postal services cannot be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

How to Request a Return

  1. 1. Submit a Return Request

    We request that you contact us within 10 days of delivery should you wish to return an item. This 10-day window allows us to ensure that returns are processed while the item is still in its original condition and within the timeframe allowed by our partner warehouses. It also helps us serve you faster and more efficiently. You can either email us at support@viphoric.com, or use the Return Form in your account dashboard.

  3. 2. Ship the Item Back

    For items that arrive damaged or incorrect, please send us clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    Please note that for change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

    All returns must be sent via UPS, FedEx, or DHL with tracking. We request this because our partner warehouses only accept returns from reliable couriers that offer full tracking and fast, secure delivery. This helps prevent lost or delayed parcels and ensures that your return can be processed without complications.

  4. 3. Inspection and Refund

    When the item arrives at our partner warehouse, it will be inspected.

    If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
