Returns & Refunds Policy

At Viphoric, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
14-Day Return Window
You have the right to return your item or items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags, labels, dust bags, authenticity cards, and packaging.
- Items must be returned in the same box or in equivalent protective packaging.
- Perfumes, cosmetics, underwear, and earrings are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
- Return requests must be submitted (and item shipped back) within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request: Please fill in the Returns Form at the bottom of this page. Make sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Instructions: After reviewing your request, we will confirm your eligibility and provide the appropriate return address for the warehouse (Italy, Germany, Spain, Sweden, etc.) handling your item.
- Ship the Item: Send the item using a tracked courier service of your choice. For a smooth and timely return process, pleaes use a reliable courier such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Returns sent via local postal services often experience long delays and may unfortunately be refused upon delivery at the warehouse/s.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, incorrect, or defective item. If you use our prepaid return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund unless stated otherwise.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products returned after the 14-day period
- Used or worn items
- Items without original tags, packaging, or accessories
- Final sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange either a replacement or refund as appropriate.
