1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on Viphoric.se. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Viphoric reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect when published on this page.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received.
  • Viphoric accepts payment methods shown during checkout.
  • Prices are displayed in euros, Swedish kronor (SEK), or the local currency based on the customer’s location.
  • All prices include value added tax (VAT).
  • The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount charged to the customer, with no additional hidden fees.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and item weight.
  • Delivery within the European Union usually takes 2 to 4 business days. For deliveries outside the EU, it may take 5 to 7 business days.
  • All orders are shipped with tracking via services such as DHL, FedEx or UPS.

Customs and Import Duties: If you are ordering from a country outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the checkout price and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

4. Returns and Refunds

Viphoric offers a 14-day return policy. You may return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards must be included.
  • Items must not be worn or washed.
  • Perfumes, cosmetics, underwear, and earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process:

  1. Email support@viphoric.com with your order number, the item or items you want to return, and the reason.
  2. Viphoric will confirm your eligibility and provide the correct warehouse return address (Italy, Germany, Spain, or Sweden).
  3. You can use a prepaid DHL return label provided by Viphoric (a fee may apply) or choose your own tracked shipping method.
  4. Returned items must be received at the warehouse within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
  5. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. If you use our return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.

Returns without original tags, packaging, or accessories may be rejected or incur a restocking fee.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the item is returned and inspected.

6. Limitation of Liability

Viphoric is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or force majeure. Our liability for product issues is limited to the original purchase price. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Swedish and European Union law. As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a refund within 14 days of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Viphoric.se, including images, text, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Viphoric or its partners. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Viphoric processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to this processing.

10. Changes to the Terms

Viphoric may change these terms at any time. Changes will be published on Viphoric.se. Continued use of the site or services after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Sweden.
